How is the website estimate calculated?
The daytime minimum is £80 from 9am to 5pm. The out-of-hours minimum is £150 from 5pm to 9am. The first 15 loaded miles from pickup to destination are included. Each additional loaded mile adds £2. The calculator rounds the route up to the next whole mile.
Is the website price guaranteed?
No. It is an estimated guide price. The final price and booking are confirmed directly before dispatch after the vehicle condition, access and job requirements have been checked.
Do you operate 24 hours a day?
Bookings and call-outs can be requested 24/7. Requests between 5pm and 9am use the £150 out-of-hours minimum charge.
What details should I send?
Send the pickup and destination, vehicle make and model, registration, whether the vehicle rolls and steers, the issue or damage, access information and clear photos where possible.
Can you transport a vehicle over a long distance?
Yes. Long-distance transportation can be booked. Enter both postcodes in the calculator to estimate the loaded road mileage.
